Cancellation / Refund / Return Policy
Adititrends Store is a bit stringent about the cancellation policy, as we are into handmade products. No exchange/ No refund/ No return is our policy.
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order.
No order can be cancelled once the payment is done .
No exchange or refund once the product is sold.
We take utmost care while packing the products . However, if the product gets damaged during shipping, we will replace the product. It is subject to the recipient mailing us the photo within 2 hours of delivery on the below whats app no's. The photo of the damaged product received should be without tampering the price tag. Once we verify the damage, our Customer Service team will e-mail you with the details on how to return the product. Buyer needs to send us back the damaged product along with the original Invoice & packaging within 7 days. We will arrange for the return pickup with our assigned courier. Product returned after 7 working days will not be accepted. Once the damaged product is received, we will send a replacement product. If the same product is not available for shipment, we will arrange a "Credit Note" and you can redeem it against any of our products. Credit note does not have any expiry. Please note there will be no money refunded in such cases.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9322272484 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
